Kim Hayward

Kim has a passion for taking people on exciting tours. Dunedin is an interesting and beautiful place with so much to see and do. There is a strong sense of character to the city which arises from a rich heritage, a vibrant history and a unique urban culture that exists today. Kim enjoys bringing all these things into the tours offered by Iconic. Kim has developed the main idea behind Iconic Tours which is to showcase the very best of Dunedin, NZ and have a great time doing it.

Kim has many years experience as a tour bus driver and wildlife guide during which he had the privilege of exploring some of the more remote areas of the South Island. He has also worked with people with disabilities. More recently he has worked in the motel sector and managed a rental vehicle agency for a nation-wide company.

Ann Hayward

Ann brings a streak of sunshine to Iconic Tours. Her easy going nature and positive outlook will create a smoothly run tour with plenty of laughs to go around. Ann is also a qualified tour driver and her previous experience as a rental agency manager, carer for people with intellectual disabilities and school receptionist provides her with great organisational skills. Ann is a confident speaker, passionate internet user and is a vital component of Iconic Tours' operations.
Ann was born and bred in the city of Christchurch but was encouraged by Kim to come visit Dunedin. After a short time Ann came to live in the town of Harwood near the end of the Otago Peninsula. We now live looking out over the harbour to the Otago Peninsula, not far from Dunedin's new stadium.
Over the last 10 years Ann has been working in the local tourism industry, managing a backpackers and running a rental car business from home. Ann has also had experience in New Zealand's wine industry and she enjoys presenting at wine appreciation meetings.

Arthur

Arthur began Arthurs Tours 15 years ago in order to help people see Dunedin's many great attractions in a time frame that suited them. Arthur has become a bit of a legend amongst Dunedin tourism operators by helping to expand their customer base, bringing in the late-comers and by promoting the city's great attractions to travel agents based up in Auckland. People who arrived in Dunedin too late to get on the regular tours used to miss out on visiting the Albatross Colony and Yellow Eyed Penguins. Arthur was able to take them on tour when other companies wouldn't or couldn't do it.
Arthur's Tours is well-known for interesting tours with commentary full of facts, figures and stories.  Arthur took people on half-day, full-day and multi-day private tours in Dunedin and Otago as well as all over the South Island. Arthur's loyal service to providing tours and transport when and where ever it was needed became the Arthur's Tours trademark. Iconic Tours will continue to provide that unique top level service that Arthur has become known for as well as adding even more variety to the tour options available in Dunedin and around the South Island.
