Cruise Ship Cancellation Policy

For all our Cruise Ship Tours we have a very flexible cancellation policy and you can cancel any time up until 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour and receive a full refund of the tour price (minus the booking fee).

The booking fee is not collected by us, this goes to the Farharbor online booking platform as a transaction fee which cannot be refunded.

If your ship changes its itinerary or cannot dock for any reason we provide a full refund of the tour price (minus the booking fee).
*please note if your ship cancels on the day (less than 24 hours), don't worry we still provide the full refund minus booking fee. On the rare occation this happens, you don't need to call or email because the Port will have notified us already. We will process your refund automatically in this instance.
